The search with the pet detective went well, however, it did not result in finding our cat, yet. The search dogs tracked him a couple blocks away to Prospect Street, where, unfortunately the search ended at an old shed. The owner of the property said we could not enter the shed because he feared it falling down on all of us. Our detective said she was pretty sure, based on the way her dogs were acting, the cat was in there but was too scared to come out. The dogs searched around some more for additional trails and there were none. The detective suggested some food and trapping techniques but this of course requires the cooperation of the property owner. Our last hope is to put out more signs, offer a reward, and just wait for him to come back if he can.
